Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of improving spectral characteristics and a solid-state imaging device provided with the same.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an organic photoelectric conversion unit including a first electrode having one electrode and the other electrode, a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode, and an organic photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and electrically connected to one of the electrodes, and provided with an insulating layer between the other electrode and the organic photoelectric conversion layer, an inorganic photoelectric conversion unit provided with the first electrode between the organic photoelectric conversion unit and the inorganic photoelectric conversion unit, and an optical filter provided between the organic photoelectric conversion unit and the inorganic photoelectric conversion unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
