Abstract:
To achieve high visibility of a screen of a portable terminal, high resistance to breakage and excellent operability even after repeated attachment/detachment of the portable terminal over a long term.SOLUTION: A holding structure 1 of a portable terminal, used in an installation state on a steering wheel H of a saddle-riding type vehicle and detachably retaining a portable terminal W with a screen facing a driver, includes: a substrate part 12 whose front and rear face vertically and which has an insertion hole 11 for inserting the portable terminal; a receiving part 13 disposed downward of the substrate part and supporting the portable terminal inserted into the insertion hole from downward of the portable terminal; a support part 14 supporting the rear face of the portable terminal inserted into the insertion hole; and a retaining part 15 detachably retaining the portable terminal inserted into the insertion hole. The receiving part supports the portable terminal inserted into the insertion hole with the top part of the portable terminal protruding upwards from the insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
