Abstract:

To remove the difficulty of recovery from multiple failures having generated, without involving reduction in the efficiency of using an optical network, in the optical network.SOLUTION: The optical network management device according to the present invention includes: optical path setting unit; and failure generation time optical path setting means, the optical path setting unit setting a plurality of operational paths in a first physical route and setting a plurality preliminary paths corresponding to the operational paths, respectively, in a plurality of physical routes different from the first physical route, and the failure generation time optical path setting means setting a failure generation time optical path for which bands of several operational paths have been changed in a physical route different from the physical route in which a preliminary path in which a failure has generated is set if a failure has generated in at least one of the operational paths and the preliminary paths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
