Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device capable of preventing damage of power semiconductor element while shutting off overcurrent.SOLUTION: The power conversion device comprises: a power conversion module 10 including a power semiconductor element 14 and wiring members 17a, 17b connected to the electrodes of the power semiconductor element 14 respectively; a bus bar 11 for supplying the power to the power semiconductor element 14; and a housing 12 accommodating the power semiconductor element 14. The bus bar 11 has a connecting terminal 11a connected with the wiring members 17a, 17b, and a fuse part 23 is provided to the connecting terminal 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
