Abstract:
To provide a component alignment device capable of aligning collectively components supplied in random directions into the vertical direction.SOLUTION: A component alignment device includes a posture adjustment jig with at least one posture conversion hole opening downward to convert a posture of a component, an attraction part that is arranged above the posture adjustment jig and has at least one magnet, a first movement mechanism capable of changing a height of the attraction part within a range including the height at which the magnetic force of the magnet reaches the position below the posture adjustment jig and the height at which the magnetic force of the magnet does not reach the position of a posture adjustment jig, and a guide jig through which at least one guide hole corresponding to the position of the posture conversion hole opened in the posture adjustment jig passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
