Abstract:
To provide a component mounting device comprising a component holding suction nozzle with high capacity of holding a component, which can easily perform resolution and assembly.SOLUTION: A component holding suction nozzle 13 used for a component mounting device, is structured by a shaft 12 having a housing hole 20 communicated to a negative pressure generation source; a nozzle main body 30 having a cylindrical insertion part 32 in which a suction path 32a is formed in an inner part; a sleeve 33 having an insertion hole 33b in which the insertion part 32 is inserted along a direction of the suction path 32a and a bead part 33a which can be inserted into the housing hole 20; a nozzle holding part 25 mounting the sleeve 33 to the shaft 12 in a state where the head part 33a is housed in the housing hole 20; a coupling member 18 inserted through a coupling member insertion hole 33e penetrated to the insertion hole 33b from a side surface of the sleeve 33 to a groove part 32b formed in the insertion part 32 inserted into the insertion hole 33b; and a binding member 19 binding the coupling member 18 so as not to fall off from the groove part 32b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
