Abstract:
To provide an α+β titanium alloy extrusion shape having high strength and ductility the same as the prior art, and having small warp, although having an acicular structure in a Ti-Al-Fe based α+β type titanium alloy having high strength compared with Ti-Al-V.SOLUTION: An α+β type titanium alloy extrusion shape has a component composition that contains, by mass%, Al:4.4 to 6.5%, and Fe:0.5 to 2.9%, and O, C and N limited to O:0.25% or smaller (including 0%), C:0.08% or smaller (including 0%), and N:0.05% or smaller (including 0%), respectively, the balance of Ti and inevitable impurities, a metal structure made of an acicular structure, an average of old β particle sizes of 300 μm or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
