Abstract:
To provide a transmission method which can efficiently perform timeline extension.SOLUTION: A transmission method transmits a first stream including: timing update identification information id1 indicating whether correlation is updated serving as an offset between a first reference clock to be used for transmission and reception of the first stream and a second reference clock to be used for transmission and reception of a second stream related to another content to be synchronously reproduced with content related to the first stream; a first time in the first reference clock; and a second time which is a time in the second reference clock associated with the first time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10A
