Abstract:
To shorten a working time required for specification change when manufacturing a plurality of kinds of heat exchanger finned tubes different in position or length in non-finned parts of straight pipes.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a heat exchanger finned tube 10 comprises: a fin-setting jig 20 having a tabular base 21 and many parallel fin support plates 22; a tube-clamping lower unit 24 which has a plurality of parallel lower plates 241 and a pair of end part coupling walls 242 and is arranged on the tabular base 21 so that a lower plate 241 may be inserted between adjacent fin support plates 22; a tube-clamping upper unit 25 which has a plurality of parallel upper plates 251, an upper coupling wall 252 and a pair of end part coupling walls 253, and is arranged on the tube-clamping lower unit 24 so that the lower edge of the upper plate 251 comes into contact with the upper edge of the lower plate 241; and a pressing member 26 that presses the tube-clamping upper unit 25 downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
