Abstract:
To restrict excessive increase in gas pressure on a suction side of a first compressor when the gas supply is stopped.SOLUTION: A gas supply device 10 comprises: a first compression section 22 having a first suction valve 27, a first delivery valve 28, and a first compressor 29; a second compression section 23 having a second suction valve 32, a second delivery valve 33, and a second compressor 34; a return valve 42 provided in a return channel 18 that is branched from a channel between the second suction valve 32 and the second compressor 34 and connected to a channel between the first suction valve 27 and the first compressor 29; an end connection 24 that is provided in a channel connecting the first compression section 22 and the second compression section 23 and is connectable to an intermediate tank 36; and a stop control part 20a for performing return control in which when the gas supply from the gas supply device 10 is stopped, the second delivery valve 33 is closed while the first delivery valve 28 being opened, the first suction valve 27 and the second suction valve 32 are closed, and the return valve 42 is opened while continuing the operation of the first compressor 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
