Abstract:
To provide an imaging device capable of obtaining an image suitable for observing an object containing a fluorescent material.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a first light source 101 that irradiates an object including a fluorescent material with excitation light; a second light source 102 that irradiates the object with observation light having a wavelength longer than the fluorescence generated from the fluorescent material in response to the excitation light; an imaging unit 103 that obtains an image of the object by photographing light including the wavelength of the fluorescence and the wavelength of the observation light, excluding light of a predetermined wavelength or less including the wavelength of excitation light, in a state where the excitation light and the observation light are simultaneously radiated from the first light source and the second light source; and an output unit 104 that outputs the image acquired by the imaging unit 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
