Abstract:
To provide a bevel gear component which is light in weight, can secure rigidity, and by which a bevel gear can be obtained, the bevel gear which is light in weight, and can secure rigidity, and a manufacturing method of the bevel gear component by which such a bevel gear can be obtained.SOLUTION: A bevel gear component 1 has a fiber material 10 which is imparted with a shape corresponding to an alignment pattern of a plurality of teeth 4 in a state of being wound around a center axial line. In this case, since the plurality of teeth 4 are constituted of the wound fiber material 10, the teeth can be raised in rigidity more than those of the teeth 4 of a bevel gear which is constituted of a resin material. Furthermore, since the bevel gear component 1 is constituted of the fiber material 10, the component can be reduced in weight more than that of a bevel gear component which is constituted of metal. By this constitution, there can be obtained the bevel gear 3 which is light in weight, and can secure rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
