Abstract:
To provide a motion conversion adapter capable of suppressing generation of vibration and heat other than a targetted reciprocal linear motion.SOLUTION: A first clutch is connected to a first shaft and rotated in a circumferential direction, comprises a first protrusion which protrudes toward an axial front side, and includes a first pin hole. A second clutch comprises a second protrusion which protrudes toward an axial rear side, and reciprocates in an axial direction. The second protrusion is brought alternately into a state in contact with the first protrusion and a state not in contact with the first protrusion in a case where the first clutch is rotated in the circumferential direction. A first spring pushes a reciprocal linear motion body toward the axial rear side. A clutch pin is accommodated over the first pin hole and the second pin hole. A second spring pushes the clutch pin toward the axial front side. A sphere is held between the clutch pin and the reciprocal linear motion body in the axial direction and brought into line contact or point contact with the clutch pin and the reciprocal linear motion body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
