Abstract:
To provide a charging device and a charging method capable of efficiently suppressing liquid reduction in a healthy cell and sulfation generation in a deteriorated cell when a variation of a cell voltage generates in a series cell of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A charging/discharging device 100 for a secondary battery using an electrolytic solution includes: an acquisition section measuring portion 110 that acquires a measurement value according to an internal pressure of the secondary battery (lead storage battery 40); and a charging/discharging control section 101 that performs a first charge control to reduce a charge current on condition that the charging current is supplied to the secondary battery and the measured value indicates that the internal pressure has exceeded an upper threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
