Abstract:
To provide a charging system, a design supporting system, a charging method, a design supporting method, and a program, capable of satisfying a desired charging rate in a desired time by charging a capacitor to be charged.SOLUTION: A charging system connects a first capacitor cell group to be charged to a second capacitor cell group in parallel and charges the second capacitor cell group. The charging system includes a control section that controls the charging of the second capacitor cell group, so as that a parallel connection period for connecting the first capacitor cell group and the second capacitor cell group in parallel is longer than a lower limit time determined based on estimated open-circuit terminal voltages of the second capacitor cell group, the parallel connection period is set shorter than a desired time tx, the parallel connection is released in the parallel connection period, and the charging rate of the second capacitor cell group after releasing the parallel connection may exceed a desired charging rate mt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
