Abstract:
To provide a vibration suppression device capable of satisfactorily obtaining a vibration suppression effect without requiring device enlargement or special lubrication measures even in the case where a vibration part is vibrated repeatedly with a fine amplitude and in a short cycle.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression device comprises: a cylinder 3 which is filled with hydraulic fluid HF and coupled to a foundation F; a piston 4 which is provided in a freely slidable manner inside of the cylinder 3, divides the inside of the cylinder 3 into first and second fluid chambers 3e and 3f and is coupled to a mechanical device K via a piston rod 11; communication paths 5 and 6 bypassing the piston 4 and communicating with the first and second fluid chambers 3e and 3f; multiple gear motors M converting flow of the hydraulic fluid HF inside of the communication paths 5 and 6 into rotational motion; multiple driving gears 8 coupled to the multiple gear motors M, respectively; and a rotary mass 10 fitted to one of the piston rod 11 and the cylinder 3 in a freely rotatable manner and being rotationally driven via the multiple driving gears 8 and gear parts 10d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
