Abstract:
To form a hoop-wound layer at an external surface side of a dome part over a dome shoulder part by a simple technique.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a tank having a plurality of layers of fiber-reinforced resin layers in which resin-impregnated fiber bundles are wound to an external surface of a liner having dome parts at both ends of a cylinder part, the fiber-reinforced resin layers at a side of the external surface of the liner are formed as laminated hoop-wound layers which are formed by hoop-winding the fiber bundles to the cylinder part. Then, in a process of the hoop winding on and after the second layer out of the laminated hoop-wound layers, in an end part region of the cylinder part, the fiber bundles are hoop-wound by tension larger than tension when hoop-winding a region other than the end part region of the cylinder part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
