Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection from a lower body of a filter, without damaging assembly performance to the lower body of the filter.SOLUTION: A reservoir tank A1 comprises a tank body 10 and a filter 20 stored in this tank body. The tank body 10 comprises thermoplastic resin upper body 11 and lower body 12, and the filter 20 comprises a thermoplastic resin frame body 21 inserted in a state of having a clearance in an opening part 12a of the lower body 12 and a filter body 22 assembled in the frame body. Joining parts (11a, 12b, 21a) melted by abutment on a heating plate 30 and mutually welded after retreating the heating plate 30, are provided in a lower end opening edge part 11a of the upper body 11, an upper end opening edge part 12b of the lower body 12 and an end part 21a of the fame body 21, and the frame body 21 is provided with an engaging part 21b for preventing disconnection from the lower body 12 of the filter 20 when retreating the heating plate 30.
