Abstract:
To provide a resin-made cage which is high in the rigidity of a weld portion at injection molding, also high in fracture prevention performance, and possesses a tension breakage elongation force, and to provide a rolling bearing having durability for withstanding vibration and a large bending moment load.SOLUTION: A resin-made crown-type cage 1 is provided in which a weld line appearing on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the cage 1 has an inclination angles of 17° or larger with respect to an X axis, or a weld portion s A', B' or C' have predetermined cross- sectional areas satisfying relationships represented by the following formulae (1) and (2). (1) W/(π(Da/2))≥0.15( in the formula, W represents a cross sectional area of a weld portion (mm), Da represents a diameter (mm) of a ball accommodated in a pocket, and (π(Da/2)) is a cross-sectional area (mm) of the ball in a diameter direction. (2) 3<(L/E)/100<19(in the formula, E represents the elongation (mm) of the crown-shaped cage in a breakage direction caused by a tension breakage load, and L is a breakage load (N)/weld part cross sectional-area (mm).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
