To provide a system including a syringe capable of controlling a temperature of a biological material, regarding the system and a method for delivering the biological material to a treatment site.SOLUTION: A temperature-controlled system for delivering a thermally responsive polymer to a treatment site during RF ablation treatment includes a syringe 100 having a cooling mechanism 150 for regulating a sleeve-like structure for wrapping in a circumferential direction along a body 102 of the syringe 100 for keeping a thermally responsive polymer solution at a temperature lower than a liquid-solid phase transition temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
