Abstract:
To provide a cooling liquid supply device capable of supplying cooling liquid to a cooling liquid hole of a tool without providing an internal channel communicated to a supply source of cooling liquid on an inner part of a tool holding device.SOLUTION: A cooling liquid supply device as the cooling liquid supply device which supplies cooling liquid to a cooling liquid hole 38 of a tool 26 includes a first connector 42 provided on a turret 22 for holding the tool 26, a first channel 44 which guides cooling liquid to the cooling liquid hole 38 from the first connector 42, a robot 28 which is set up in a processing chamber and has an end effector 36, a second connector 46 which is liquid-tightly attachable and detachable to the first connector 42 as the second connector 46 provided on the end effector 36 and a second channel 48 which guides the cooling liquid from a supply source of the cooling liquid to the second connector 46, drives the robot 28, attaches the second connector 46 to the first connector 42 and, thereby, supplies cooling liquid to the cooling liquid hole 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
