Abstract:
To provide a fluid control valve of a structure in which cracking hardly occurs on a diaphragm even in repeating an opening/closing motion.SOLUTION: A fluid control valve includes a valve element disposed displaceably in a direction to be kept into contact with and separated from a valve seat surface, an actuator for displacing the valve element, a diaphragm disposed between the valve element and the actuator and having a first plunger projected from a surface facing the valve element side and kept into contact with the valve element, and a second plunger disposed between the actuator and the diaphragm and transmitting the displacement of the actuator to the diaphragm. The diaphragm and the second plunger are kept into contact with each other through the projection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
