Abstract:
To provide a composite gear which has excellent dimension accuracy and which has achieved both reduction in weight and strength.SOLUTION: A composite gear includes: a resin gear body part 11 in which a plurality of teeth 21 are formed; and a metal teeth surface part 12 which is a torque transmission portion, and which is formed so as to cover the surface of the teeth 21 of the gear body part 11. In the teeth surface part 12, processing of an uneven shape of the teeth is performed by applying a compressive force from a plate surface side with respect to a metal plate, and plate thickness in an apex peripheral part in the uneven shape is formed within the range of 0.7 time to 1.0 time of the plate thickness of the metal plate before processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
