Abstract:
To provide a water dispersion that can form a coating film having excellent adhesion to metal.SOLUTION: A water dispersion contains a polymer containing polyoxyalkylene styrenated propenyl phenyl ether phosphoester and/or ammonium salt thereof (A) as a constituent monomer.
