Abstract:
To promote an energy saving action of a power user by selecting specific advice information corresponding to a time zone from among advice information relating to energy saving actions and transmitting the specific advice information to the outside while using a predictive quantity of a power to be used for each shop.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a server which receives power use information relating to a past power use situation for each shop and receives weather information corresponding to a location for each shop from a weather database. The server comprises: a storage unit in which advice information relating to energy saving actions is stored and which includes at least an energy saving advice database; a calculation unit for calculating a predictive quantity of power to be used at a predetermined time interval on the basis of the received power use information and weather information; a selection unit which selects specific advice information from the energy saving advice database on the basis of the calculated predictive quantity of power to be used; and a server-side transmission unit which transmits the selected specific advice information to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
