To more easily realize a configuration capable of improving reliability of backup operation.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle backup power source control device 1 comprises: a first control unit 22 which causes a charge/discharge unit 10 (first discharge unit) to perform a first discharging operation in a case that power supply based on a power source unit 90 is brought into a failure state; and a second control unit 24 which causes a second discharge unit 12 to perform a second discharging operation in the case that the power supply based on the power source unit 90 is brought into the failure state and in a case that at least the first discharging operation by the charge/discharge unit 10 is in an abnormal state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
