Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a high pressure tank in which a reinforcement fiber bundle is wound around a liner without deteriorating performance of the tank.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a high pressure tank (10) in which a band-like reinforcement fiber bundle (F1) impregnated with resin is wound around a rotating liner (11) to form a fiber reinforced resin layer (12) on an outer surface of the liner, a narrow reinforcement fiber bundle (F2) narrower than the band-like reinforcement fiber bundle is wound around the liner so as to cross the band-like reinforcement fiber bundle, in parallel with winding the band-like reinforcement fiber bundle around the liner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
