Abstract:
To enable an inspection threshold to be set in accordance with difference in the surface roughness of each region of a visual inspection target.SOLUTION: A surface roughness map M is used in which, to each of a plurality of pixels P included in a distance image I of good workpiece G, a surface roughness in a prescribed range including the pixels P is imparted. A first and a second inspection target region R1, R2 divided based on a difference in surface roughness out of the surface roughness map M are displayed on a display 33 so as to be distinguishable by a user. The user can individually set a first inspection threshold 651 for defect inspection in the first inspection target region R1 and a second inspection threshold 652 for defect inspection in the second inspection target region R2. Therefore, user can set the first and second inspection thresholds 651, 652 according to the surface roughness of the first and second inspection target regions R1, R2 while confirming the first and second inspection target regions R1, R2 on the display 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
