Abstract:
To provide a heat-sterilized container-packed tea beverage that can enable full enjoyment of the scent through the nose while containing a certain amount of each of non-polymer catechins and ascorbic acid or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: A heat-sterilized container-packed tea beverage, containing the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) non-polymer catechins 0.030 to 0.090 mass%; (B) ascorbic acid or a salt thereof 0.010 to 0.10 mass%; and (C) astragalin, and in which the mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) [(B)/(A)] is 0.20 to 5.0, the mass ratio of the component (C) and the component (A) [(C)/(A)] is 2.2×10-3 to 30×10-3, and the pH is 5 to 7.SELECTED DRAWING: None
