Abstract:
To reduce influence of travel wind of a vehicle on a joint part of a pipeline where an EGR gas and air join to inhibit cooling of the EGR gas.SOLUTION: An adapter device 1 of an internal combustion engine returns a part of an exhaust gas exhausted from an internal combustion engine 100 of a vehicle to a combustion chamber of the internal combustion chamber 100 and includes: a resin duct 10 including an EGR gas inflow part 14 into which a part of the exhaust gas flows, an air inflow part 12 into which air flows, and a supply part 13 which returns an air-fuel mixture formed by mixing an EGR gas flowing from the EGR gas inflow part 14 with air flowing from the air inflow part 12 to the combustion chamber; and a cover 40 provided at an outer periphery of the EGR gas inflow part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
