Abstract:
To provide a valve element driving device that can enhance a degree of freedom of design of a valve element.SOLUTION: A valve element driving device 100 comprises a driving part 1a, and a valve element 50 to be driven by the driving part 1a and linearly moved in a direction of an axis L. The valve element 50 comprises a first member 51 comprising a valve seat contact part 50c capable of coming into contact with a valve seat 200, and a second member 52 connected to the first member 51 at another side Lb in the direction of the axis L. The second member 52 is mechanically connected to the driving part 1a, and constitutes a feed screw mechanism 5 together with a rotating shaft 31 of the driving part 1a. Therefore, the first member 51 and the second member 52 can be made of different materials. For example, the first member 51 is made of metal, the second member 52 is a resin portion 53 when insert molding of the first member 51 is performed, and the first member 51 is provided with a retaining part 516 engaged with the resin portion 53 in the direction of the axis L, and a detent part 517 engaged with the resin portion 53 in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
