Abstract:
To provide a method for labeling a radioisotope having a fast reaction rate even without using an organic solvent, and a labeling kit comprising the same.SOLUTION: In a method for labeling a radioisotope, a cyclooctyne compound represented by the formula (I) to which a biomolecule, a fluorescent dye or a nanoparticle compound is bound is reacted with a quinone compound represented by the formula (II) and labeled with the radioisotope. A kit for labeling a radioisotope comprises the cyclooctyne compound and the quinone compound labeled with the radioisotope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
