Abstract:
To provide an electroluminescent element that can reduce a driving voltage and has excellent luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: An electroluminescent element includes an anode, a light emitting layer, and a cathode on a substrate, and the light emitting layer includes quantum dots (A1) which are semiconductor nanoparticles surface-treated with a hole-transporting ligand, and quantum dots (A2) which are semiconductor nanoparticles surface-treated with electron-transporting ligands, and at least one of the quantum dots (A1) and the quantum dots (A2) has a concentration gradient in the thickness direction of the light emitting layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
