Abstract:
To provide a topical pharmaceutical composition that is substantially free of propylene glycol, and containing at least one corticosteroid and at least one penetration enhancer.SOLUTION: A topical composition includes a) clobetasol between 0.015% and 0.035% (w/w); b) an emulsifying agent; c) an aqueous phase containing water; and d) an oil phase containing a non-polymeric thickening agent and a water-immiscible substance.
