Abstract:
To suppress deterioration of dryness due to heat drying.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A dryer comprises a heating roller 11 around which a liquid-applied web 110 is wound. In the heating roller 11, the surface of the heating roller 11 is uniformly roughened to a surface roughness Ra of 12.5 to 100 μm by a method such as sandblasting; on the surface, a plurality of irregularities 53 are provided; and a plurality of suction holes 54 opened on the surface is provided. The inside of a hollow member 51 of the heating roller 11 is suctioned by a blower 60 to generate a suction airflow on the suction hole 54, and steam is sucked into the inside of the heating roller 11 and discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
