Abstract:
To provide calcium folinate-containing tablets in which the dissolution rate of calcium folinate from a tablet in water is quick, and the storage stability is excellent even in unpacked conditions.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a tablet containing 15 to 25 wt% of calcium folinate, not containing a basic disintegrant, containing 5 to 20 wt% of a disintegrant that is not a basic disintegrant, and further containing an excipient and a lubricant, to the total weight of a tablet. Specifically, the disintegrant that is not a basic disintegrant is a partial gelatinization starch, the excipient is a lactose hydrate and a crystalline cellulose, and the lubricant is magnesium stearate, particularly preferably.SELECTED DRAWING: None
