To provide an optical sensor and an electronic apparatus, capable of reducing a cross talk.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 10 comprises: a substrate 20 having a substrate main surface 211 and a substrate back surface 212 which are crossed with a thickness direction Z; a light emission element 40 mounted onto the substrate main surface 211, and emitting a light along the substrate main surface 211; a reflection part 70 provided onto the substrate main surface 211 and arranged at a position progressed to an emission direction of the light of the light emission element 40 from the light emission element 40; and a light reception element 50 mounted onto the substrate main surface 211. The reflection part 70 includes a reflection surface 721 reflecting the light ejected from the light emission element 40 to a direction separated from the substrate main surface 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
