Abstract:
To generate a threshold matrix without significantly reducing gradation reproducibility.SOLUTION: In a control part (10), the generation processing for generating a 256 gradation dither matrix (DM2) is executed by converting each threshold of a 1024 gradation dither matrix (DM1) by a gamma conversion table (GT), and binarization processing for converting the 256 gradation input data into the binarized exposure data is also executed by applying the 256 gradation dither matrix to the 256 gradation input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
