Abstract:
To provide a copper alloy, use of a corresponding copper alloy for an additive manufacturing process, a sanitary fitting with a housing made of a corresponding copper alloy, and a method for producing a sanitary fitting, where the sanitary fittings are used, in particular, for demand-based provision of liquid, such as, e.g., water, at sinks, washbasins, showers, and/or bathtubs.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a copper alloy, elements of which have following mass fractions: 46% to 53.5% of copper (Cu); 0% to 0.4% of tin (Sn); 0% to 0.0002% of boron (B); 0% to 0.2% of arsenic (As); unavoidable residual amounts of other elements; and 43.0498% or more of zinc (Zn).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
