Abstract:
To provide an image-capturing controller capable of performing AF on a position based on a line-of-sight of a user and reducing the possibility of recording a moving image resulting from AF performed on a position not intended by the user.SOLUTION: An image-capturing controller includes: line-of-sight detection means for detecting a line-of-sight position that is a position input by a line-of-sight of a user who is looking into a viewfinder; and control means that controls to move an AF target position by tracking the line-of-sight position even if the line-of-sight position does not satisfy a specific condition during standby for moving image recording, and during the moving image recording, controls so as not to change the AF target position on the basis of the line-of-sight position if the line-of-sight position does not satisfy the specific condition, and controls to change the AF target position on the basis of the line-of-sight position if the line-of-sight position satisfies the specific condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
