Abstract:

To provide a model eye suitable as a phantom for OCT-Angiography (OCTA).SOLUTION: A model eye 600 of an exemplary embodiment is used in an ophthalmologic field. The model eye 600 includes a liquid storage part 630-m (m=1, ..., M; M is an integer equal to or more than 1). Stored in the liquid storage part 630-m is a liquid in which particles float. Applying OCTA to the model eye 600 as a phantom may obtain an image expressing variation in light scattering caused by particles moving in the liquid by Brownian motion. Using the image, the performance of an OCTA function can be evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6B
