Abstract:
The apparatus a vehicle speed cut-off device (122) which works to a limit a minimum capacity of the motor (2) in response to a hydraulic pressure on the high-pressure side of main circuits (24,25). These connect a hydraulic pump (1) to the variable-capacity hydraulic motor and to a pilot pressure from a control pump (3) that acts on a motor capacity control cylinder (31) that controls the motor.
