Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a remote control key of electric charging type. CONSTITUTION:A key 15 made from a metal plate is fixed to a cover which has been prepared in advance and which accommodates a chargeable battery 36 and a signal transmitter operated by the battery, and thus a remote control key is formed, wherein notches 26, 26 are provided in the oversurface and undersurface of the key 15 in its portions facing the inside of the cover. In a separate process, a charging terminal assay. 29 is formed by laying a rod-form insulative piece 44, whose tip 43 is open resiliently, on a rod-form current collecting piece 45 in straight form one over the other, and in the condition that the tip 43 of the rod-form insulative piece 44 is closed against the action of the resilience, the oversurface and undersurface of the key 15 are slided to cause the tip 43 to be inserted to inside of the cover. The tip 43 is opened in the position with the notches 26, 26, and coupling is generated.
