Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make connecting operation easier by a method in which continuous projections are formed on one side of a flexible banded material, a rubber adhesive is packed between the continuous projections, a release paper is bonded to the surface of the adhesive, and a sheeted connector is fixed along the ends of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A flexible banded material of polyamide is formed by melt forming or press molding, and during the molding continuous projections 2 with expanded tops are formed on the one side tip of the banded material 1 and a rubber adhesive 3 is packed between the projections 2. The material 1 is fixed to the end of a sheet 10 by hot bonding, and two sheets 10 and 10' are set in the face of the material 1. A pair of the materials 1 are pressed through the sheet 10 from above to exactly bond the sheets 10 and 10' by pressing. The connecting operation can thus be easily made.
