Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make connecting operation easier by a method in which continuous projections are provided in the longitudinal direction on both sides of a flexible banded material, a rubber adhesive is packed between the continuous projections, and a release paper is attached to the surface of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A pair of flexible banded materials 4 having continuous projections 2 on its one side are set in a mutually facing manner in such a way as to couple their projections 2 and a rubber adhesive 3 is packed between the projections 2. A rubber adhesive layer 5 is formed on the upside and downside of the material 4 and bonded with a release paper 6 to form a sheet connector 1. The connector 1 is bonded to a sheet 10 by means of the layer 5, the paper 6 is removed, the end of a sheet 10' is lapped on the surface of the sheet 10, and the sheet 10' is pressed from above to exactly bond the two sheets 10 and 10' together. The connecting operation can thus be easily made.
