Abstract:
Cosmetic composition for the first stage of a permanent hair-setting operation.
This composition contains, in a suitable cosmetic vehicle, as a reducing agent, at least one aminomercaptoalkylamide having the following general formula:
in which:
A represents the bivalent radical
n being an integer between 2 and 5, or the bivalent radical
m is 0 or an integer between 1 and 4,
(i) when m is 0, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl radical, an ethyl radical, an isopropyl radical, an isobutyl radical, a 2-methylbutyl radical, a benzyl radical, a 4-aminobutyl radical, a 3-guanidinopropyl radical, a 2-(methylthio)ethyl radical, a carboxymethyl radical or a 2-carboxyethyl radical,
(ii) when m is an integer from 1 to 4, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
and the salts of the compounds of formula (I).
