Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> and R<2> are H, OH, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, etc.; R<3> is H, alkyl or (substituted)-aryl; Q is 2-7C alkylene; ring A is 5- to 7-membered ring, which may contain hetero atom of N, O and S and/or double bond in addition to N of condensing part with triazol ring]. EXAMPLE:2-[2-[4-Bis(4-fluorophenyl)methylene]piperidin-1-yl]ethyl]5,6, 7,8- tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one. USE:The compound expressed by formula I exhibits serotomin 2 receptor antagonistic action and is useful as preventive and remedy for disease caused by ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular accident, peripheral circulatory disorder, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (X is halogen, etc.) is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in a solvent in the presence of a base.
