Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject packaging method that can be used for freezing fish and shellfish without spoiling shapes of the packaged fish and shellfish in the distribution process to final cooking process therefor. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following steps: putting lobsters 4 subjected to a quick-freezing operation respectively in plural airtight small bag bodies 2 filling the remaining spaces not occupied by the lobsters in the small bag bodies 2, with a gas while keeping the sealed condition from the outside, and respectively placing the plural small bag bodies 2 where quick-frozen lobsters are respectively put, in a large bag body 3. According to this method, it is possible to use the necessary number of shrimps 4 without losing tentacles or tails of the lobsters because the plural lobsters 4 do not contact with each other so as not to be united as one in the large bag body 3, and it is possible to prevent the tentacles or tails. of the lobsters 4 from being lost by shock given from the outside because the small bag bodies 2 in which lobsters are respectively placed, are filled with gas and work as cushioning materials.
