Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and an image display method capable of performing moving picture display by switching a image for every display or every two or more displays without burdening a microcomputer as an image display technique. SOLUTION: A display image control part 100 increases or decreases or cyclically repeats a display code within a certain time by counting vertical synchronizing signals, to read display data corresponding to the display code from ROM 101, and to display an image on a CRT 101.
