Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation brush which is easily produced and in which the breakage of hair hardly develops. SOLUTION: A brush unit 34 comprises a great number of brush strands 42 planted on a supporting frame 40, in which space is formed at the corners of the bottom, and welded to a rotation axis 32 at the outside of the space. In addition, as the brush strands 42 at both ends corresponding to continuous welded parts 52 for fixing the brush unit 34 on the rotation axis 32 are removed in advance from the brush unit 34, the brush strands 42 are not degraded by welding heat.
